Comments	M/55, ESRD로 추적 검사 중 high PTH를 주소로 갑상선 초음파 시행함. US 소견 상 symmetric enlargement of 4 parathyroid gland with increased vascularity 소견을 보임. 이어 시행한 sestamibi scan 상 both mild uptake를 보여 parathyroid hyperplasia에 합당한 소견임. : 2ndary hyperparathyroidism with parathyroid hyperplasia
